Some of his private flight customers have included Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, premiership teams & several music stars.

As Director of Safety and Compliance, Ben spent 16 years working as a pilot in the aviation industry, the last 12 in a number of management roles. He has held the post of Safety and Compliance Manager and successfully managed the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS) at several AOC's .

Paul is an experienced Part 66 licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, diligent Part 21 (Design) Certification Verification Engineer, an effective Airworthiness Manager and serial entrepreneur, with 38 Years electrical/electronic engineering and business experience in large Corporation and SME environments. He has 32 years in the aviation industry, specialising in aeronautical engineering certification, airworthiness management, on & offshore Mission Critical Systems, General Aviation, Corporate Jet and Regional Airline sectors.
